Payments options

• All payments for Artyka services are made in advance.
• All N.S.F Cheques are subject to a $15 service charge.
• All refunds are subject to a $15 administration fee.
• All prices include GST.

Missed classes

• You  should call ahead  and inform us of your child's absence in order to free his spot and be eligible for a make up class. If you do not inform us in advance, you will not be eligible for a make up for that missed class.
• Make up classes may be made up any time during the same session as long as there is a space available in another class (we cannot guarantee that make ups will be available for all missed classes).
• No make up classes are available for class cancellation due to poor weather * Schedule is subject to change based on availability * Artyka reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment.



Late Pick –Up

• Unanticipated late pick-ups are stressful for students and teachers. A phone call can greatly reduce this anxiety. The fee structure for late.
• Pick-ups is as follows: $5.00 for the 1st 15 minutes, $10.00 for each subsequent 15 minute period, due at time of pickup.
